Blended Medicine

Donald S. Adema is a board certified osteopathic family practice physician who also has provided hospice care since 1992 and has taken many additional courses and seminars on more integrative and functional health care.  He is and has been a medical director of various hospice organizations and pregnancy resource centers. 

Dr. Adema is very proud of his association with San Diego Physicians Medical Group, Inc. since 1998; and independent physician association that assists the solo practitioner or small physician group in providing individual and creative care in a challenging market.  He is presently the secretary of their board. 

He has been published in pain management journals and has had a successful health column in local newspapers for many years. 

Recently he has been asked to consider teaching in Africa and helping Ecuador with their first hospice.

Dr. Adema's style is best described as blended as he explores all God has given us in a solution or health problems or prevention.
