MISSION STATEMENT The East County Broadcasting Corp. (KRLY-LP) is a non-profit, community based and volunteer managed radio station for the East County area of San Diego. We strive to inspire, educate, and entertain with programming and music that reflects the local community. We seek to provide a space for media access for community members, and local businesses. We further provide emergency broadcast services for disasters such as wildfires and earthquakes.
